I think we're all dhokla

I've had 3 different yellow khaman dhokla boxes and they all taste different. They have the same flesh, core and everything. They look the same-ish, with some minor changes like the quantity of seeds on top and so on. But they all taste different based on what they're dipped in, so the taste varies by shop. The dipping feels like the dhokla's soul
