War is in hindsight never just,it is never proportionate. No state or person enters a war "knowing" we will win. Civilian deaths always outnumber combatants. The results of war continue through many generations and many species.
War is no less than state sponsored terrorism. Ergo end and replace it with a planetary federalism. We need healing, not harm, partnership, not domination.
A world government built on cosmolocalism & subsidiarity. Nations, states, lands, and areas can be autonomous oceans, and environments would be stewarded. With collective security combined with control of arms, both sales & production, humans could live in peace. Conflict will never be allowed to "get out of hand"
. These may be achieved in order for true to be developed.
