When the news came out that the browser’s engineers were overruled by the advertising team, that was all you needed to know about their vision for executing against those priorities.

The only thing left to wonder about with is when people will notice how hot the water they are poaching in has gotten and flip to or another user-friendly browser.

Maybe even opt in for several days before they switch it over to opt out. You can definitely 100% trust them to never make it non-optional. Yep.

Too bad, you know, 75% of other browsers out there are Chromium clones with other stuff tacked on top and thus will also have the same stuff (perhaps hijacked by the third parties to filter to sites only they say they trust instead.) Hey, maybe if you have all the browsers and give your private data to everyone they'll let you access a whole 1% of the Web!
