i think that i already mentioned here that I got pushed out of the closet. Here is the story.

About a year after getting kicked from my house, I opened an online forum as a support group for ppl in similar situation. I was out to some people close to me byt definitely still in the closet publicly. I managed the online forum with an alias but as we continued longer and got bigger, we started to to meet and help each other irl. I personally started to let people stay on my sofa for couple of nights while figuring out their next step.

At the same time I started to work as an assistant to an israeli parliament member from an anti-religious party. This parliament member became minister shortly after.

In july 2003, our online forum filled with messages accusing me for opening it so I can seduce minors. The same day, an anonymous complaint was filed at the police. In the same day a pager message in my name was sent to many of my colleagues in the parliament, as if I am flirting with them. At the same very day - this happened:

Of course I got into a complete panic mode that day but it was a blessing in disguise. My boss was super sweet, called some people to give me emotional and physical support (I was afraid of an actual physical attack to come), police took statements from people stayed in my place and cleared my name publicly (no minors, all within 2-3 years age difference from me, no sexual relationship at all), and I did not need to hide anymore.
