Broadly speaking they're all useless with technology. Anything more complicated than scrolling phone app absolutely confuses and befuddles them.

I know plenty of IT folk in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s who have had long careers in IT and are still utterly confused when problems IN THEIR CURRENT FIELD OF EXPERTISE arise.

Just a general lack of problem solving skills. Beggars belief.

Schools have got rid of the computer labs and given all the kids iPads instead. We have people coming into the workforce who have no idea about what a file or folder is.
