I propose a law standardizing year-round Daylight Saving Time! Only 12% of people want to keep changing our clocks twice a year, and there's a strong public preference for permanent DST. If congress passed a simple law containing this and only this, no omnibus filibuster budget reconciliation BS, wouldn't that help the legislators get reelected??</p>
