Combined that with the constant whine that people should be in work, not on health-related benefits, and we’re back to the bad old days when you worked until you were broken.</p><p>The difference now is that, because overall life expectancy has improved, it’s ’work until you are broken, then spend longer being miserable and ill’.</p><p>For many data like these are abstract, too far in the future to matter.
