The tree is monoecious; separate male & female flowers are on the same plants & this one is quite prolific. Clouds of pollen will soon be engulfing everything & later on, this tree will be dropping MILLIONS of seeds. I've lost track of how many I've propagated & given away over the years. The Gold Finches love to snack on these seeds.
