But the remand and possible appeals will take time. Meanwhile, the election in Alabama has been thrown into “chaos and confusion.” So however the litigation process unfolds, the Roberts Courtd has again interefered with an election. 7/7

So, even if the district court’s injunction should not survive Callais, it should remain in place because of the 14th Amendment. 3/
