<![CDATA[I'm definitely changing my operating system to Linux Ubuntu.]]>I'm definitely changing my operating system to Linux Ubuntu. I mostly use a decent laptop (An ACER Aspire, 10th gen i3, 8 gb RAM) for my daily routine: google, mail, youtube, movies, music... it runs perfectly smooth with Windows 11, I don't need more than that, honesty. But: I know there are LOTS of apps running without knowing what they are, consuming my computer resources and constantly sending information without my permission (OK, with my permission, 'cause we all accept the conditions of Windows, if we use Windows xD ).

So, I'm finally doing something about my digital autonomy, besides leaving centralized social media. Every day a new step! Go!

What operating system do you use?

Lighter weight and Debian base is great. It is also friendly to Linux newbies with helpful tools, community and documentation.

I use Devuan on many of my computers, which is also based on Debian.
