An deiner Stellte würde ich nie das Geb.-Datum in die Bewerbung hineinscheiben. Tue ich auch nicht, damit man bei Personalabtellungen kein "Alterssignal" auslöst und man unbewusst schon ausgefiltert wird.

Das ist eine Diva. Und Wissen darüber rar. Vor allem bei Arbeitgebern. Deren Anwälte versuchen gar nicht erst (wäre ja auch geschäftsschädigend) ihre Klienten aufzuklären, sondern beschränken sich auf Tipps wie: "Tu jenes nicht" und "Lass dieses".

Ich hab in meinem Leben nur einen Bewerbungsprozess durchlaufen, der weniger als vier Wochen gedauert hat.

Das Einzige, was mir akut einfällt ist Gig-Works über fiver etc, aber das Feld dürfte GenAI ziemlich dezimiert haben.

das ist einer der Punkte wo wir ein echtes problem haben.

viele leute die ü50 die ihren job verlieren, gleicht einer hinrichtung.
und es wird dem nächst noch viel schlimmer.

erstmal einen neuen gleichwertigen job zu bekommen, ist nicht mehr möglich.

vom gesetzt her wirst du nun verpflichtet, ALLE deine rücklagen aufzubrauchen,

Lebensversicherug, zweit rente etc. (auch mit massiven abschlägen)

wenn deine rente in 10 jahren beginnt, bist du bettel arm.

egal was du weisst :C

Es gibt nicht mal einen Job beim Bäcker, weil man denkt dass du nicht ins Team passt (überqualifiziert, lebenserfahren)
Ich kriege so schnell Absagen, vor Ende der Bewährungsfrist - die gucken auf mein Geburtsdatum und raus, hat mir eine Personalerin erklärt.
