Ich bin Arzt. Ich profitiere, wenn Geld im System steckt – das ist mein Bias, den ich offen anspreche. Aber was mich antreibt, ist nicht mein Gehalt. Es sind die Patient:innen, die mir erzählen, dass sie keinen Therapieplatz bekommen. Seit Monaten. Manchmal länger. 🧵

GKV als Pflicht für alle. Wer mehr Leistungen haben will, darf gerne darüber hinaus privat noch mehr machen. Aber ganz aus der GKV verabschieden sollte nicht möglich sein.

Menschen, die über der Bemessungsgrenze liegen sind ja oft auch privat versichert und zahlen daher nicht etwa genausoviel sondern gar nichts in die GKV.

Die Problematik liegt noch tiefer: Im alten Ärzte-System aus dem "3.Reich" machten die alten und Professoren weiter, in vom KZ in den Ärzte-Vorstand. Auch als , vorher als Vereinigung noch "judenfrei", dann bis Ende 1970er nicht offen lesbisch oder schwul, als sonst "nicht ausgereifte Persönlichkeit."

und neue humanistische Formen bis 2000 kaum anerkannt, kaum , bei 3 Ablehnungen als Ausnahme bei der abrechenbar ...

Dabei bräuchte man meist nicht 100te von Sitzungen auf der Couch, sondern oft nur 25 Treffen, um den eigenen Hindernissen auf die Spur zu kommen ... aber auch erkannte Trauma brauchen nicht so lange Pflege, sondern direkten Kontakt.

In wurden die weniger aufwendigen Methoden in die billigere geschoben, statt all die Formen von wie in und in der anzuerkennen, denn wer ist schon alleine erkrankt?

Es hätten ja auch politische und soziale entstehen können, die so unkontrollierbar werden wie bei und etc. und langjährigen Folgen ...

Privatversicherte erhalten oft unnütze Leistungen und gesetzliche zu wenig. Z.B. kaum etwas für Brille, sonstige Hilfsmittel etc. Vorsorge kostet usw. usf.

Gleiches gilt für Renten usw.

Anfängerproblem.

Besorg Dir mal als erwachsener Kassenpatient mit ADHS und ASS einen Psychiater, der auch irgendwas verschreiben könnte. DAS ist der Endgegner, glaub mir. Und das sage ich als Einwohner des Ballungszentrums München.

In Spanien und Italien gilt: wer mehr hat, zahlt mehr – automatisch, weil steuerfinanziert.
Wer behauptet, das System sei vollfinanziert, sollte erklären, warum Spitzenverdiener:innen sich aus der Solidargemeinschaft ausklinken dürfen.
