Between Petro-Canada, Air Canada, Highway 407, Hydro One, all I see are regrets.

Contract for their management given to friends of government. YVR Inc, GTAA. ADM are all corporations in charge if running their airport and fund uogrades. As a result, Toronto has some of highest fees in world. ADM was nearly bankrupt twice due to white elephant plans to rebuild Dorval and literally demolish Mirabel, à federal asset.
