<![CDATA[Summer dragged me out in the rain before it got dark.]]>Summer dragged me out in the rain before it got dark. We weren't able to get a hike in today but romped around here at home.
I got a reminder from the grandkids that we haven't baked brownies for awhile so triple chocolate brownies are in the oven this evening. I baked a double batch and will freeze a few for home, give a whole pan full to the grandkids, as well as taking some to the free pantry.
I've finished 50 of the 100 get out the vote postcards I'm working on.
At least today was productive.
Floors got mopped, laundry washed and marigolds planted.
Hoping for better sleep tonight.

It’s extremely dark, and I made the absolute best brownies of my life a couple of weeks ago using it. I’ve always preferred dark chocolate to milk chocolate. There was one word for them… Luscious. There are now quite a few brands available.
