<![CDATA[Good morning!]]>Good morning! I've traded having more energy for an achy stiff back. I'm not sure I traded up, but I'm determined to get done what I need to. Maybe I won't lug the vacuum cleaner upstairs - that can wait.

Nothing much is happening except the usual chores and a walk outside. If the aches haven't subsided by this afternoon, I may have to sit with a heating pad while I read. Lucy will love that.
