However some commenters informed me there’s also national/local competition laws, so I should have added “competition laws where the pertain to the internal market” but there’s not space for that on a mastodon poll. <br />As for fisheries: there are some aspects that are an exclusive competence, as are some aspects of the common agricultural policy. Nondiscrimination als sounds like smth, where we don't have full harmonization, like going off vibes, probably bc it can be on so many levels and the competencies would be to expansive otherwise.
