Read their TOS (Terms of Service). It starts by claiming it is governed under the laws of Switzerland — and this is true — but it also continues by citing U.S. laws, regulations, and jurisdiction.

They don’t list any other countries they do business with in their TOS — not in Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, North America, or Australia. Only Switzerland and the USA.
