The only shooters appear to be the Secret Service, with one case of friendly fire and every other shot missing the suspect.

The DOJ appears very keen to obfuscate this, though.

The person he was running directly at appears to have his gun drawn while the guy leaning appears to have no idea what's happening. Did they not communicate? Why did the guy with the gun drawn not shoot? He had a clear shot and I think someone charging the checkpoint and not responding is more than sufficient reason for lethal force.

And now to hear that all the shots were from the security forces, AND they shot one of their own? I can't say I have direct experience in a live fire situation, but this sounds crazy.

Anyone who actually intended to succeed would have failed in less stupid ways, and DOJ would be falling over itself to tell that story to show off their prowess. Nothing a politician loves to do more than crow when they did something "right."
