A ground based laser. Or at least the major players. </p><p>The idea that one majority producer of satellites now controls the launch and orbits of the majority of the WORLD’S production and launches and without public records is staggeringly obvious as a global risk to all in the Ozone and Kepler effects now known. And nowhere in the world is there any real control of the activities of SpaceX. Stunning.
