The piece just fit. I can't find the post, but I *think* it was here on Mastodon. Can't find it though. (I don't recall whether the post mentions “kigumi”, the Japanese word for the technique.)

Anyone else see it? Kinda driving me nuts.

I visited Japan recently and was amazed to know that the walls are built using large interlocking granite boulders, without mortar. They are also less susceptible to earthquakes.
