However not all of solar panel contain them or in that level and also there is recycling centers(in Germany as well) that one can dispose of them after decades of usage. So what is the problem?

Noise pollution: Inverters used with solar panels produce 25-55 dB in residential ones and around 70 dB in solar farms, which it decrease significantly by the distance. The noise from traffic is about 70-80 dB. I read these from company's websites

Glare pollution: Based on a company website, it very much depends on the solar panel that one buys. Many decrease this characteristics with anti-reflection layers.

Comparing to fossil energy and all of the huge environmental problems in short and specially long time for next generations that it produces and all of the political wars that cause.
