Yeah, icky as it is.

But there are levels of it, for example, we do not have to invite US officials to sit in on UK government meetings.

We don't have to put uk.gov on US clouds via US-based services like fastly.

We don't have to use scary US companies in the NHS.

We are doing these things to ourselves and can just stop.
