I had to wear a stick-on sensor for two-three weeks, then peel it off and send it in to get the data downloaded and sent to my doctor.

A fun story dealing with this: a few years I had a relative who was saying the COVID vaccine cards were a HIPAA violation and I yelled at them that between myself, my partner, and their partner we had *decades* of working in healthcare settings that they did not have and all of us told them it was not a godsdamned HIPAA violation.

It was very satisfying and shut them up good.
