<![CDATA[Terrible news for #BikeTO!]]>Terrible news for ! I got confirmation from @toronto.ca@bsky.brid.gy that the eglintonTOday Complete Street Project can no longer be completed because of changes to provincial legislation. Given the City had resurfaced that street last fall without bike lanes, it's on them too.

All of Eglinton could be an amazing street, with bike lanes, supporting a walkable street with lots of shops frequented by people from the community. Instead large swaths of Eglinton are being given up to being an on ramp for the 401 highway.
