It's killing. I am very strongly against capital punishment. It can't be corrected or addressed ever if mistakes have been made.

What made me cringe was this 'strengthening' of the death penalty. Like, is there a way to murder people that results in less dead?

Executions were being held up. Bullets, however, are not in short supply.
