That's great! It's perhaps the best and most impactful part of this directive. It will help organically fix the pay gap without any extra burden on companies.</p><p>Salary ranges in job postings, and ban on asking candidates about past salaries are also great. It's mostly all "competitive salary" (whatever that means) or something like "depending on experience" or "total compensation to €100.000" where total compensation is a whole other problem.</p><p>Where can we turn these ads in if the commission already seeking them out?</p>
