alright, have been procrastinating because it is a lot of work. Have had Dreamhost hosting for many years. I think since 2007. the price has been increasing. their control panel became pretty awful for accessibility over the last couple of years. Now I discover, they have deleted all the email addresses for my discussion lists so people can not subscribe and things by sending email. I have to find an alternative and work out how to migrate everything. email isn't too bad I can use imap copy or something to move all that stuff but discussions lists which are mailman is a harder thing. I think this will have to be a project for this weekend. I can't even do thing in the control panel like unlock my registration to move it somewhere else but perhaps I can enslave kid to do some of the things that seem to require a mouse to get to the menus now like manipulating dns which used to work fine. Anyone know of a good host. Just need lots of email and very basic web site hosting. for hopefully less than 17 maga bucks a month which is what dreamhost costs now for service that isn't accessible.
