They've already said they have no intention of following the rules or the constitution. I wrote about it at the time and warned she would be back, with some scores to settle.</p><p>And well, she always has her place in Panama. If they truly have the majority of the party, they can then call for a leadership review.</p><p>I'm sure there are some rules they'd have to follow but depending on what they are, they could find a way to vote Danielle Smith out as leader (as was done with Jason Kenney).</p><p>Assuming she doesn't just declare herself fully a separatist in a bid to keep her job.</p><p>If that didn't happen, the separatists could install an interim leader. Smith was the interim leader after Kenney and was unelected initially. A month later, she ran and won in a by-election but served as a Premier without a seat in the Legislature until then. </p><p>She then took her sweet time before calling a general election, serving without a mandate for six months.
