It originally 3x8 speed gearing, 11-34T cassette. 45 mm tires. Over the years I converted it to a much better bike and I really love it now even more. 12-23T gearing. Conversion from 8 to 9 speed. Shimano Sora road derailleur, long cage. 38 mm tires. Aluminum pedals. Replace the seat too. Most recently, I ditched the cruiser handlebar, and converted to a drop bars on a new, adjustable angle stem, with a touch of bull horns.
