I just revisited and by bulk setting everything to "good" maybe there is a ~1 W difference if I squint at the averages. "AMD things" perhaps.I think the CPU number in btop correlates to the package power. My thought is that maybe moving from a 95W CPU to a 35W would cut the power in half. That would be ~10W on a 5650GE but not the 3W on a 5825U.Hmm, I think I just talked myself out of that 5650GE in my aliexpress shopping cart.
